imageSupport the SVDP Fond du Lac Thrift Store as we help those in need of emergency assistance with things such as food, utilities, clothing, rent, furniture and more.

Proceeds from our store sales are put back into the Fond du Lac community to help those in need.

Furniture pick-ups in the city of Fond du Lac are Mondays, call the store for an appointment.

Lives We Touch

Sue's Story

Sue, 23 years old, lives in a tiny apartment.

With only a love seat and no other chairs, she sat on floor while we visited.

Having lived in Fond du Lac since 18, she works at a fast food restaurant; yet she can’t work more hours because she has to care for her 2-year old son.

The father is not dependable. Her three siblings are all in jail or prison. Her Mother is dead and her father is not able to help much.

We helped with rent and some food.

We offer understanding, hope and immediate relief to those in need without regard to religion, race or nationality.

We aid with food, rent, utilities and other basic necessities in times of crisis through home visits from pairs of volunteer Vincentians.
